Default Skid Plates for an X2

Has anyone put skid plates on their X2? If so, which ones did you end up going with and how much did you end up spending? Any comments appreciated.

I believe the X2 comes with metal skid plates. At least my 2006 did. Anyone else? If anything I would recommend maybe stronger A*arm guards.
