Default Lug nuts coming loose

Went on a ride today and when I got back home I cleaned the bike up and greased everything and was lubing the chain I noticed a popping sound at first I thought it was the chain but then I noticed the right rear lug nuts 3 of the 4 we're loose this is not the first time this has happened. What can I do to keep them from coming loose while riding.

if there torqued on they shouldn't be looening up if the nuts and studs aren't stripped or damaged.

do you have stock wheels or aftermarket, also do you have spacers, or use washers as spacers?
