I don't understand the terms you're using above (DPF and EPILive) but the rest of the stuff sounds expensive. Mine is pure stock with about 55K on it.

Rather than hijack this thread, if you want you can PM me with more details as I'm always eager to learn.

It's my first pickup and so far I love it. My buddy has one he uses to haul his 42ft toy hauler full of 4 quads and other toys around the west coast, so a quad int he bed or a trailer with quads isn't even noticeable.

Just what I was going to say.
Everyone that rides with us that puts there Quads in the pick-up bed does this also.
Works great, The tire/rim wedges between the two frront Sportsman tires and stops the Quad before hitting the bed of the truck.........Caper..........

89002 | Cross Tread Cross Guard Cab Protector These look like good ideas too. I don't know that anything could protect the truck from as hard a hit that this thread described.

On the GMC front. Yes, I have the gas engine. The engine itself is great. Good power and pulls great. It's the transmission, axle seals, emergency brake cables, window motors, funky temperature reading, etc. that have been problems.
