I did add an inline filter to the fuel line. I also replaced the inline filter on the oil line.

I got everything back together and added some fuel to the tank. After a couple pulls (starter is shot) she fired right up. Everything sounds and looks good. The engine idles very well now after some slight carb adjustments. I ran it in the garage for about 5 minutes changing the rpm's but keeping it well under 1/2 throttle. Turned it off and a couple minutes later did the same thing but this time it started easily with one pull. I can't wait to get it out on the trails to get the break in period over so that I can open it up a little.

I am thinking that your stock jetting should be plenty rich as long as your engine is tight with no other leaks(crank seals, base gasket, ect). If you go up in elevation much you would want to drop a size, factory jetting is basically for sea level and average temps.
I will bet that 160 will blubber quite a bit in the higher revs.

I've taken a couple short rides since the rebuild. I haven't really gone much over 1/2 throttle so I cannot really say if the 160 was a good idea or not yet.

The motor runs great so far except it needs to warm up for a minute or so before I can go anywhere. I read on this site something about the wiseco piston needs to warm up so that it can expand to create a good seal??? If it is not warm it will bog down when I give it throttle. I'm running premix plus the oil injection for the break in, maybe this is contributing also?
