UTU made a very good suggestion. did you try it? how is it now?

Its pretty common to suck air when the resevoir is low. I've only had good luck using a vaccum pump. Attach it to the bleeder on the brake caliper. Open the bleeder and put some vaccum to her. Watch the resevoir that it doesn't go dry, it will happen fast. Harbor Freight has them fairly priced. Good luck.
