Remove speedometer from headlight pod, gently pry metal ring's edge a bit at a time to allow the removal of the glass from the plastic housing, the carefully pry the paper/plastic speedometer face away from the speedo to expose three Phillips head screws, once screws are removed you can push the unit out by the connector pins while prying on the front slightly and it will slip out.

Thank you that will help, I have one more question. Are you bending the metal ring on top were the glass meets it or on the back side?

Thanks, Donnie

On the back side, after you reassemble you won't notice the difference, this is the second time I've had mine off.
