Default scrambler 90 belt removal

Just took apart the clutch casing and noticed that the belt is down about 3/8" in the secondary sheave. I have taken apart many snowmobile clutches but the 90cc has a different kind of clutch system. It seems to be direct drive thru the clutch sheaves and has an external slipper clutch that engages the drive. I would like some kind of instruction to remove the belt or pics from an instruction manuel.

thanks

Manual would probably be the best way to view this and repair, but the front clutch nut has to come off along with outer sheath. Then the new belt is slipped on the back clutch and then on sleeve bearing on front clutch, then the outer sheath is installed back,BUT is critical that splines line up while holding sheath and reinstalling nut!

Default Other scrambler 90 problems

Sorry cant help you with manuals or information about cvt clutch. I do have a question maybe you can help me with. The carb on my kids 90 scrambler keeps bogging down when you give it gas. It even backfires now. I cleaned out carb and put in fresh gas. I backed out air nozzle one full turn and throttle nozzle two full turns. Any ideas how to solve problem will help. thanks
