Default What size is receiver?
I just wanted to make sure before getting one. Can't seem to find anything other than "standard".

yep it's 1 1/4", You can get the whole setup from wal mart for around $20, and it's a Reese

1-1/4" reciver. i built mine... wamart would be the cheapest..

You built the draw bar?? My quad came with the square receiver, I'm pretty sure I just stick the draw bar (with the ball or loop) in there and slide the pin through??

yes i built the draw bar. the reciver is there... and yes you just stick the drawbar or hook into the reciver and add the pin. i actuly built a hook also for it...

That's sweet, I wish I had a shop to make my own stuff.

I think I'll look in the basement for an old drawbar I think I saw down there. Thanks Dad LoL.

having a shop to do all that WAS nice..... then nov/08 i was let go from my job... so now i have no shop to work in...

i built both of my 1 1/4" recievers and and have a 2"ball on mine for the trailers and shackel on hers. not hard to do w/ a welder and drill.
