Default Loud clicking noise coming from back wheel area

i had another question about a problem i ran into and some useful information was posted so i figured i see if anyone could help me out with another problem im having. i have an 08 trailblazer 330 and when i get going around 10 mph and up i start to hear a clicking type noise. the noise is some what loud (loud enough for the people riding behind me and beside me can hear it aswell.) im almost positive the noise is coming from the rear of the atv. any help is appreciated. thanks

Put it up on jack stand have someone run the throttle and listen for where the noise is coming from and get back to us

is the chain loose or to tight? sometimes the chain will make that noise when its on the sprokets. check it for being loose, tight and maybe even worn out on the spokets. either way get it straighten out before you put too many more miles on and it does become a problem and cost you money to repair it. imo.

that sounds like it could be the problem just by the way you describe it. i will go jack up my back end later and see if that may be the problem. thanks

same noise comes when you have a roller misssing or broken on the chain..The roller is the part the sprocket rides on..Have ran in to this very often..

The way I check is jack the rear of atv up-put in neutral and turn wheel and look at the roller as it turns.sometimes it takes a while to spot bad roller..
