Is there a place to download Polaris service manuals?

Having a fuel gauge problem (seems to be very common to these bikes) on a 07 Sportsman 500 and am looking for the Ohm reading's I should be getting from the in tank gauge to determine if it is a problem with the in tank gauge or something in the instrument cluster.

And is there an online source for Polaris parts that's cheaper than my local stealership?

My fuel gauge read full all the time after my quad was hotwired and stolen the first time. The dealer took the sending unit out and looked at. Nothing was wrong. They put it back in and it worked. The float must have stuck when it was full. If it reads full again when it's only half full, I'm just going to whack the side of the tank with a rubber mallet to see if that fixes it.

If that doesn't work maybe I'll get a manual, too.
