Default Brothers New RZR fell thru ice and he died

My brother was out riding last Sunday when his new RZR fell through the ice and sunk to the bottom. I was able to get it out within 30 hrs. and would like to know what to do to get it running again. It would mean so much to me as this "toy" was his passion. I have already drained ALL fluids, dried ALL electrical and have removed back to access engine. Now what??

Sorry for your loss. You may get a better response if you post under the Polaris forum section.

I thought that is where this one is posted? Hmm... I actually got it going last night. I wish that I knew how to attach pics. This is one hell of a machine. I think I am going to contact Polaris to let them know how proud I am of their quality. This machine flipped several times, sank 20 feet down and still appears to have lots of life left.

dieselfinder, I'm sorry to hear about your loss. If it is any solace, at least he passed away doing something he loved. I have a friend who is slowly dying because of cancer. It's not a pleasent way to go. I hope you can get his RZR running and think of him when you ride. I have many pleasent memories of my father and I hunting, and fishing together. I sometimes think if he had lived long enough he'd be out riding with me and my buddies.

We got it out by using the bouy line that the dive team attached to the roll cage. The line was very thick and obviously strong enough. We then grabbed a boat with some spikes for oars, rowed out, attached the line to 150 yards of thick rope. Then we attached that to my deceased brothers 2009 Tahoe. I wanted to make sure that we used his stuff to help get it out. Kinda like one toy helping the other as we helped each other throughout life. As of this typing i am getting ready to clean the injectors and give this thing a go. I would post pics but do not know how.
