Default 2005 sportsman 800 help

So I have changed the bap sensor fuel pump and filter injectors plugs and checked the wiring harness for the bap sensor and it still wont run. Will barely start and sputters out and dies. Tested the crank sensor and the throttle sensor. No idea where to look next

Like the manuals say efi problems are caused by wiring issues 80% of the time, not the sensors themselves. Wires may may not always show bare spots, but can have a soft spots, broken internally or even pulled out of the cheap connectors leading to the sensors.I replaced too many Polaris harness kits that continued to fail.Look at the "sticky" post above this section on efi problems. Shows links to this site that addresses the thin wiring/connector problems that are probably the cause of your problem.Better kits are available. T-bab,map sensor wiring was the most common problem on idle problems, back firing etc. Plus codes don't always have to be thrown to show where the problem is,but at times they do. For instance codes,41,42,45 refer to tbap harness short problems. Only The Best
