Default ATC 200M engine in 70cc mini chinese ATV

Hello everyone.
This is my first post on the forum so I will introduce first.

My name is Mark and I'm relatively new to ATV world. I bought my first ATV a year ago and really enjoy it. Like every other things I own with gazoline engines, I just cant stop modifying to increase power
Last summer, I ran with the 70cc with my friends but at the end of the summer I decided it needed more power. First, I swaped the 70cc for a 110cc which gave me an edge over my buddys still on 70cc and it was an easy bolt-on swap. After a summer of fun with the 110cc (they want a 110cc now) so I want to up the power again to stay ahead but there is no bolt-on swap for bigger engine with automaic or semi-automatic transmission so I started researching on the web.. and by random clicking on stuff, I found the ATVConnection forum!!!
I keept reading on many topics on the forum for about a couple of weeks before finaly registering and I can see by the conversations you guys are having that your are passionate about ATVs, just like me since I bought my lil quad So here is the project that made me discover the forum and that I want to share with you guys :

ATC 200M engine in 70cc mini chinese ATV.
I remember that when I was around 12 years old, my father had a 250cc "Big Red" It was a lot of fun back then and very reliable too since never had to repair anything on it plus it was semi-automatic, exactly what i'm looking for! So I'm in the process of buying a ATC200m engine, 4 stroke, electric starter, semi-auto trans and chain drive to put in my mini quad I heard It's around 15 hp.. my 70cc was 4.1hp, 110cc is 6hp so it's a good upgrade I guess. But since I know a 200m engine will require frame modifications, I already started to look at the future to do it all at onece I found out stroker crank, high compression pistons, cylinder sleeves, cams, big valves that can bring the thing over 20hp. An area I did not find much infos about is if it's possible to hook a 350x cylinder to the 200m cranckcase, I will inquire on that soon and if not enough, a mitsubishi TD-02 turbocharger haha

I will post some pics of the various steps//stages of the modification as I progress

Comments and ideas are welcomed!!

Mark

Stock x 500% with the stroker, etc. That's the biggest upgade in ATV power I've ever heard of. It's like putting a jet engine in a car. I sure hope it works. That will be the fastest little thing around for sure.

The 73cc is a little bigger than the engine in my chainsaw. I can't wait to see how the ATV does with a bigger engine. And a paint job.
