Please contact us by phone regarding your box at 1-800-269-6701. We absolutely stand behind our products so I am not sure how or why you would not be offered an exchange by our company. Perhaps your e-mail was not received or sent to the business you purchased your box from. Did you try contacting us by phone? The Titan Series boxes have had a warranty card in them since we began selling them over two years ago. The Classic Series boxes have had a written 2 year warranty in them for at least 5 years. The verbiage regarding the card being on file is based on the fact that most people may not keep the receipt. If we do
not have your warranty registration, but you have a receipt, you will have no problems. Beyond that, your satisfaction is our priority so we would always take care of you with any reasonable warranty issues.
