I just bought 2 mini 110's from Raceway ATV. Here are the steps that you will have to go through to get them registered in California.

1. Get the VIN number off of the right top side of the swing arm, if your looking at the quad form the back. Don't make any mistakes on this step.
2. Call Raceway to give them the number, then they will send you a Certificate of Origin.
3. Take the Certificate of Origin and the Bill of Sale or receipt to the DMV along with the quad. The people at the DMV have to look at the quad to verify the VIN number matches the Certificate of Origin. They will also verify the Engine number for your registration documents. The engine number can be found on the left bottom side of the engine, again if your looking at the quad from the back. It is not important to have the engine number on the Certificate of Origin.
You will have to pay your fees at this time to get the green sticker. It cost me $75.00 each.

Good luck and I hope this helps.
