I was doing about 50 when I saw this mess coming. Almost threw me over the bars. When I was sliding towards it I almost went for the right lane, but I figured that to be a bad course of action.lol

don't have a pic, but a few years ago i was riding a little kawasaki mojoave with a honda 90 dirtbike motor on our 20ft. deep frozen over pond, and all of a sudden the ice broke, and the quad went straight through the ice. i couldn't get it so i left it there, and once it warmed up we pumped all the water that we could into a swimming pool(to put the fish in). once we got all that done the quad was nowhere to be found, so we went down in the pond to look, and we sunt up to our chests in mud, and we never found the quad, but when that happens you really are stuck.

Okay I'm old and not the sharpest tool in the shed but I have to ask this question. How is the Polaris being blamed for after market axles falling out?

I thought I'd share my lil story....

Just got my new to me 03 Polaris Sportsman 400....took it on the trail with friends and we decided to go to the Bunkhouse in Merrilan WI. This is one of the greatest ATV play holes in the world!! Anyhow..Im in the "bowl" - up over the top going thru the middle...the mud was thicker than what it looked...started thru - almost making it...the machine decided to climb out..take a huge jump - throws me off - my boot catches under the tire as Im fallin...it runs over me and packs me into the mud....im stuck....cant get up.... my friends came looking for me...found me...took two of em to get the up out of the mud - the suction from it was so bad I was literally buried in the mud!!!! Best part - I wasnt too bad hurt (yes I was wearing a helmet!), and you boyz will love it-- that they got to hose me off - I had over 4 inches of mud stuck onto me all over...bruised from head to toe - literally!!.... oh and did i mention that the people inside the bunkhouse saw it all...on their wide screen tvs from the camera mounted on top of the it....thats my story...you cant make that up!!!

I didn't get stuck...but I was soooo close. I ending up eventually walking it out. The ground looked dry, but looks can be deceiving.

These 2 new hondas did get stuck. Don't worry the AC pulled them out!

That looks like a great area to get muddy. Trucks and atv's mixing it up huh?

Cool pics.

Cool pics.

Yeah, its private land in north central Missouri, $5 to get in and ride all day TONS of trails and mud pits. Most of the quad trails are tight so you dont have to worry about the trucks getting to close. We usually get there early 9am ish and ride till the trucks show up at 1-2 then we just follow the trucks around and watch them tear stuff up.
