I have an 07 rhino 660 when warmed up will not back up in a tight situation. Its like it hits rev limiter just off of idle. Any help would be appreciated. It spent two weeks at the dealer last month. I also tried idling it up a fuz just for good measure. Anyone?

Try a bypassing the reverse rev limiter and see if it still does it. Google it, its real easy to do.
