I've got a chance to buy a green RZR in the morning and was wondering what some of you paid out the door. By the time they add all the tax and other crap it's ~$13K. I'd like to buy an extended warranty too, but geez it's getting up there. I'm wondering if I could drive out of state to save the taxes, but then it may be hard to find one. Anybody heard of good deals anywhere. My father-in-law drove to Chattanooga, TN a few years ago to buy a Sportsman because it was so much cheaper.

I'm getting quoted as low as $11.5 to as much as $13.2 with the warranty, out the door, tax and title - I found a green one today at an out of the way place that wasn't spoken for for $12 with tax and title - I'm gonna lock it up then I'll tell you where I got it

I paid 10,600 for mine here in Alaska. My dealer does not mark up above the MSRP but shipping is always a killer here.

I am picking mine up today. MSRP is $10,299.00 and with the tax to buy NYs Govenor a new LIMO at 8% plus the registration fee it will cost a total of $11,157 out the door.

From what I am being told the actual price is $9,999 plus $300 dealer prep and frieght.

I guess if you live in a state that does not require registration then you could buy out of state and avoid the taxes. Here in NY it is mandatory to have them registered so no matter where you buy, when you go to register it you will pay the tax man.

I have not looked into the extended warranty yet but kind of doubt I would go for it any way.

At the time I purchased mine the msrp was $9,999.99...........but since mine was the very first one and I pre-paid sight-unseen I got it for $9,600.00.
No one had them to talk to or sit in, it was just a $10K risk hoping that the RZR held up to all the hype that was being generated.

The dealer that I use generally knocks $400 off retail on their ATV's......so they went ahead and stayed true to that on the RZR.

After they hit the public and people started saying that the RZR was the real-deal........you couldn't find one. I could have bought the first two, had I know that I may have been able to make a couple of thousand on it I would have went for it.

I didn't have to pay any prep or assembly charges either......just tax.

So I ended up buying a Red one yesterday...$12,300 out the door with a 3 yr $0 deductible warranty. I bought it at Bastrop Powersports in Bastrop, TX. I feel fortunate to get the fever for one of these, and find one within 2 days. They had a Green one still in the crate with no deposit if someone is looking for one.
