I recently added a 2" Highlifter Lift and 27" ITP 589's to my 2007 Kawasaki Mule 3010. I did this for more ground clearence and to soften the suspension on the Mule. After doing this, I had the front-end aligned at the local dealership. From what I can see and to my knowledge, they screwed the balljoints in all the way; however, the Mule is still badly toed in. Does anyone know what I need to do to correct this problem. I only have put a few hours on my tires and have already noticed adnormal wear. It defintely does not look like they are going to last long like this.

You can rest the toe in yourself by using a tape measure and setting the toe at "0" or by 1/8" or maybe 1/4". By that I mean the distance from between the tires should measure 1/8" to 1/4" less in front of the axle than at the rear. I`d center the steering wheel and then bring the wheels/tires to "o" and then bring in the toe from both sides equally. Check around and see if you can find someone who does alignment on straight axle trucks and they can show you what I'm talking about. Butch
