I was wondering if there is anyone in michigan who is like wistech on cannodales who could help me. my machine has less than 2 hrs on it since I rebuilt it and I have a d & m kit. I have 3 problems that "I am aware of at least". I don't uderstand how to get the most out of my d & M kit for throttle calibration to get the most out of the machine powerwise. The machine will not start unless I hold the gas open slightly and I have a little leak around the water pump cover that I cannot seem to get rid of no matter how tight I get the bolts drawn down. thanks for the help

DO NOT over tighten the bolts on the cover because that will only lead to more problems. If it continues to leak remove it and lay it flat on a very strait and flat surface with sand paper and sand the cover to see if it is worped.
There is a throttle calibration section on your D&M program that alows you to change the throttle setings. For know just drop down your idle manualy by adjusting the idle set screw on the throttle body.. Also make sure that the engine is idling at 2200rpm..
