dude they dont make them anymore. atk has some quads assembled from the parts, but if i remember right, dinli bought the rights to the design of things. check atk out:

March 2004 ATK Wins First Overall at GNCC Race Jeff Stoess ATK Factory Racer wins First Place Overall at GNCC Championship on the new ATK 450 Motor marking the first-ever win for any American Made product at a GNCC event.
May 2004 ATK Feature Story on Speed Channel Two Wheel Tuesday FOX Sports traveled to Utah to produce a 10-minute segment on ATK Motorcycles. This feature story was shown worldwide and had very positive results.
July 2004 ATK Quad Wins Nevada / Utah Desert Race Jeff Stoess ATK Factory Racer and GNCC Champion wins First Overall Desert Race aboard the all-new 450 XC Quad. Stoess who had never ridden in the Desert finished 10 minutes ahead of the second place rider in the extreme heat of the Utah / Nevada Desert
