wondering what kinds of gains this will provide with stock exhaust. Is it any better than some of the programmable contollers out there? got any horsepower numbers or acceleration times compared to stock?

We would not suggest the ecu remap to a stock bike. $$ can be spent better on other mods for a more noticable gain.

what would you reccomend? i have a 2006 polaris 800. It has a heelclicker clutch and a team helix and secondary spring that i bought from you guys. I don't really want exhaust unless there is something out there that is comperable to the stock noise level, but would like more power out of the bike. It has 27 inch mudlights. Most of my riding is trails with a little mud...

The ex. is one of the first mods after clutching, our system is a little louder than stock but not much, it is very uncommon for someone to say our systems are loud.

If it were my bike I'd start with ourslip-on or dual ex. same power different sound, clutch kit ( you already have one but how does it work what is in it ? ) kn filter, possibly a fuel controller.

From there if you are looking for more we'd suggest one of our cam kits w/ piston mod, and head porting stage 1,2,or 3 depends on how far you'd like to go.

Note all of these parts are trail safe and reliable as well.

If you have any more ?'s please let us know.
