Got a question for you, how much power increase is there with the Polaris 800cc Sportsman "True Dual" Full Exhaust Kits compared to a slip on using the stock head pipe?

is there a dyno chart any where?

I don't care how loud it is I'm looking for the most power, Thanks.

I know you Speedwerx guys are busy but I need an answer before I buy a $835 exhaust system.

Also are the NEW ECU/CDI boxes for the 800 made to work perfect with your "Speed Kit"? Thanks.

Blacksheep,

I found these forums are not as informative as the Polaris forum.
I.E. you posted three now and none has answered since Sept.
Seriously ask the guys in the Polaris forum they are REALLY up
on performance mods and such!

Take care,

R'

I will do that, I just figured that the HSP guys would at least chip in some info about their products.

Sorry, for the delay guys, we have been having update issues with this forum.

Our true dual system and out slip-on as well as others we have tested put out about 4-5 hp on average, the duals offer a little better bottom end and sweet dual sound not loud but it rumbles and barks like a twin should.

If is power that you are after go with the slip-on in the feild it works the same as the duals for the most part, the slip-on is only 250.00 as well.

The ecu remapping is now done and boxes are on hand most fo the time, the main advantage with the ecu is the rev limiter, if you are not hitting your stock one I do not suggest the ecu remapping until more mods are done to your machine.

FYI if you are looking for serious power gains you should consider one of our cams and head porting.

thanks for the reply, what is the estimated completion date for the ecu boxes that are matched to your speed kits? for the Sportsman 800

The speed kit does not need a ecu, you can run it with out and still get good gains, but for best overall results we suggest either the boondocker fuel controller, or the ecu remapping but the remapping will get better and better each and very week woth more testing.

As far as a date for a box for our speed kit only we are still a month or more out befor eit is 100 % complete.
