Has anyone on here ever put a snowmobile motor into a golf cart ? if so was it liquid cooled or air cooled? Do you still use it for golfing? How do you start it and do you leave it idling when your off it when teeing off or so on? Or did you figure a way out to make it start and shut off like a normal cart? What was involved in doing this? Ive got a a 440 fan cooled Yamaha motor sitting here doing nothing so it got me thinking.

Thanks

I made one out of a 1994 ezgo it hade the 4 stroke motor in it. I put in a 1992 ski doo 617 rotax hade electric start. Didn't use it for golfing. Many others have done this too. What is your goal with it, what do you want to do with it afterwards?
