There is one like that at the river where I camp. Seemed like fun, was quite capable off road, if not a little slow. Probably a more suited for utility.

it seems like it would be tippy because it slimmer than the rhino and taller. has less ccs to.

I have a buddy that sells them. They are a very neet little machine. They are not tippy at all nor are they underpowered. I will try and get some pics of the ones he has for sale this weekend. The one I drove was fixed up a bit with itp wheels and all purpose atv tires. I could get it up to 50 mph on the highway. It also had ac heat basicly a scaled down pickup.
