JM 250 Sport Owners; Check your Clutch Cable where it runs under the lower oil cooler bracket to see if it has been rubbing. If it has, an easy fix is: Slit a 3" to 4" length of 1/4" or 5/16" rubber fuel hose lengthwise. Slip it over the clutch cable, put 2 or 3 small zip ties around it, and slide it into place where the oil cooler bracket is rubbing on the cable. This fix is MUCH easier and cheeper than having to replace the clutch cable. (both my 250's were rubbing).
