what is the rev-limiter?????...... and when i changed the sproket i was told it will probly go over the rev-limiter how can u abust the rev-limiter???? is there special parts to put in??????......

The rev limiter does exactly what it says....It limits the RPM's a motor can turn so it doesnt grenade itself. You have probubly never even been near the rev limiter. When you hit the rev limiter the motor sort of backfires/surges at high RPM. Rev limiters arent adjustable but can sometimes be removed. The rev limiter is part of the ignition system.
