One of my 07 150's did flow gas out also. I had to readjust the Float in the carb which is not too hard to do and you can even do it with out removing the carb. Just undo the two nuts that hold it to the intake pipe. Rotate the carb to the Left side (if memory servers) then remove the three screws that hold the bowl on. You adjust the float by slightly bending the metal tab that the Needle rests on. Just don't lose any parts and inspect carefully how it goes together before removing the float. Also you want to make sure there is a Vent hole in the Gas cap Rubber piece, if it's not drilled through then do it.
Any other help just ask, I have had my two 150's for a few months now. You may want to cut away at the steering stop also to increase the turning radius! See the "Mod and Repair" page on my site!

Welcome to the forum kyjetmoto !

If the 150 is new, some of them can leak gas for the first 1/2 hour or so. If its been longer than that, outofline gave some great advice on how to fix it.

The 150's have been a pretty good little quad and I have been quite impressed with the power even pulling my 235lbs around. They have climbed anything I have attempted so far. The only little things are the turning radius is way bad from the factory and needs the Mod. The muffles rattle really bad and need some internal work to stop the arrestor part from rattling. Watch the gas tank bolts, mine have come lose and I have lost a few. Most all the Castle bolts on the front steering need to be lowered to the cotter pin, you can see in my steering mod photo how I added an extra washer to do this. Your steering will come lose and sloppy! Check all your bolts often!
