2 - Is your Triton a SINGLE or DOUBLE axle? [Lets hear it !!]
3 - Are you happy with your Triton trailer?[Lets hear it!!]
4 - Does your Triton live up to your expectations? [Lets hear it !!]
5 - Have you ever had any problems with Triton trailers? [Lets hear it !!]
6 - What add-ons have you got for your Triton trailer? [Lets hear it !!]
7 - What modifications have you done to your Triton trailer to make it more useable in hauling your quads? [Lets hear it !!]

we haul with a triton- i think i have pic of it year: probably 02 or 03 double axle size: 8x14 i think-dont feel like taking exact measurements cuz its raining so far no problems with it. i have heard some horror stories with other tritons though, like axles snapping and axle related stuff. we have added some hooks anchored to the frame so we can strap our quads down, also drilled some holes in the outer lip for strap hooks. it tows pretty smooth with 4 4x4 ute quads and did i mention elec brakes? thank god for those ! 450kodman

2002 elite 20 ft drive on/off Added aluminum Box across the front v of trailer for tools/parts
2003 prestige 208 Enclosed V-nose deck over- 20ft deck 6'6" high Double Axle LOVE them both!!!!!!! No problems at ALL The elite/prestige series has the double center track for tie downs. Vary easy to adjust.
I haul 6 quads and a PW80 on these trailers. Most of the time they are being towed behind our Jayco 28ft fifthwheel. Just put a 3rd set of tires on it (we travel at least every other weekend during the summer).

This is an old thread but I'm new...
1. I got an 06 Triton ATV88 back in November with my Prairie 360. 2. It is a single axle which can fit 2 Utes will little effort. 3. So far I'm happy, being a female the trailer is easy for me to manuvuer. 4. It is better then I thought it would be. I thought it would be too big but with the light weight and extra space it leaves more possibilites. 5. No problems to speak of as of yet. 6. The only thing I have added so far is a jack stand 7. I would like to get a spare tire, and some side and front rails for safety purposes.
I just withed I had someone local I could get parts from. I contacted the company and they said I could call to order parts M-F I just like to the ability to shop local and have serve local.

I really like my Triton also. It is a 2 ATV model, single axle. I bought it back in 2005 (believe it is an 05) I added clearance lights at the top of the leading and trailing edge of the ramps to help people see it at night (being a wider trailer). I also added the reflective tape on the ramp edges (tape like down the side of semi trailers) And lastly I added a tongue jack/lift. The only problems is the stow pin hardware is rusting bad. Later, Andy

I'd post about one - if I could find somebody to sell me one!
Triton has some piss poor dealerships. I've been having to call the distributor then the local dealer as a middleman to get them to SELL me a freakin trailer. Then they are a few hundred more dollars than what another dealer from another distrubtors region (about 3hours drive) is. I go in last evening to pay the deposit and for the second time the owner/salesman could care less than a paying customer is in his store. Not a "hello" or "be with you in a second". He was busy chatting with another person.

At least you have a local dealer. I tried calling the distrubtor and get voice and no return call. I had to go through the website to get information and then they said I could order from them by calling the 800 number. Only problem is they don't list any prices.
I do love my trailer though.

Jacmax, I purchaced my Triton at a Polaris dealership on Mercury Blvd in Hampton. I believe it was called All Outdoors Sports. I bought it like 3 years ago but I know the dealership is still there. Later, Andy

I would agree with some of the dealerships being not helpful but I can only say GOOD things about dealing with Triton directly. I have been modifing my enclosed triton trailer and adding the triton halogen light kit. I called Triton directly and they emailed wire diagrams, gave me a direct contact at the factory to talk with. He is more than likely sorry they gave me his name and number but the lights are in, and some of the wire issues that the previous owned caused are now cleared up and it is wired to the factory setup. All three people at Triton I talked with went out of their way to make sure I had the info I needed, even faxed hand drawn diagrams and order sheets to compare my parts too.

Absolutely love my Triton ATV168.
I have the stone guard, wheel upgrade kit, dual axle electric brakes, and spare tire.
We looked at a lot of options from snowmobile trailers to ATV trailers. We are very pleased so far.
