Everytime I reply to a post I have enabled the email notification. Recently I have been recieving an email for every reply I make to the thread.

So if I reply to thread 3 times, every reply that occurs I get 3 emails.

Am I missing a setting somewhere?

You need to unsubscribe to the threads you are getting the emails from. To do this, go to the upper right corner and click on the "my forums" unclick the threads you do not want to receive an email from. Then, when you reply to a thread make sure you unclick the Subscribe to box if you don't want to get a reply. I know it stinks, but after the last upgrades this has been an issue.

Ah- ok, so it is an issue (wasn't sure if it was just me) . I will just try to make sure I uncheck the box from now on after my first reply.
