When I click on the padlock, all I get is a "donk", but can't open up a message text window. Howcum?

If your running AOL you may need to get with the mod's of this fourm, They helped me out when I had that problem. You have to put certain E-mail address in your address book. Good luck.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I have MSN as where I live it's necessary if I want DSL. As to the moderators, they never seem to read these posts here, and I can't seem to find the way to contact them--the last email came back "undeliverable". The last question post like this never had any response.

In that case, Just click onto any thread and click onto report to moderator. Let them know that your not reporting A violation, But are trying to solve an issue. You will at least bring the problem to their attion. Good luck.

If you emailed at moderators@atvconnection.com with a problem and you received a "undeliverable" the issue is on your end. I don't know how many emails we receive in a week but its a bunch.

The private messages arent working for me, i click "mark all as read" and it turns them all "unread", i click delete and it sends me to the forum homepage, and it doesnt even delete my message to clear up space for me, i liked the old way where u saw all ur messages between u and that person instead of this individual messages, plus it tells me in the "from" section that its all from me lol

You have a pop-up blocker that is blocking the PM window. When you hear the "Donk" look at the top of the page and you'll probably see a yellow stripe that says internet explorer blocked the pop-up window. Right click on the stripe and choose the option to always allow pop-ups from this site.

Actually, it did mark them all read. The "unread" link you see is what you click on to make the message unread again. Its a toggle.

When you try to delete the PMs, do you check the checkbox in front of each message before you hit delete?

Do you have to be a supporting member to use that function?
