BJ's is also a big renter as well. I can't remember the name of another one, starts with an "A" (Arnies). Friend rented a 250 from them (granted, this was in '03, IIRC) and it was running horribly and they couldn't care less. Most of the rentals out there will look like they are in bad (physical) shape but run good. Most are missing the headlights. I think they remove them so they are easy to spot as rentals and people can't ride them at night.
