I have been planning a trip to Grand Rapids Michigan for some time now. I was considering taking my Trailboss with me, but I don't know if there are any trails or other riding areas near there. Does anyone know of any? Thanks in advance.

There are no trails directly around Grand Rapids the closest trail is about 1 to 1 1/2 hours north of Grand Rapids. But if you are coming in from Kansas another 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours north would be worth it. You will need an ORV sticker at $16.25 which you can buy at most any ORV dealer or any place that sells hunting licenses. Go to http://www.michigan.gov/dnr/0,1607,7-153-10365_15070-38330--,00.html and you should be able to find and print trail maps.

ORV Sticker? Interesting. I hope Kansas doesn't institute something like that. - But thanks. The info is much appreciated!

Any off-road vehicle needs that sticker if you don't want a healthy fine. Your $16 and change covers you for a whole year. You can print all the maps you need and see all the rules at the DNR website. http://www.michigan.gov/dnr/0,..._15070-38330--,00.html
