Isnt it something how NYS raked in MILLIONS of dollars over the years from ATV riders for the sole purpose of creating trails for us ATV riders.....lol... Well its 2004 and the last trail they created was in 1989 waaaaay upstate. Where the hell is the money going? Hmmmm, maybe is going to help pay our great schools systems we have....maybe its going to the up keep to our highways.....or maybe its going to the hosptials? I think not. I thik the money wasted by the clowns in Albany could build a trail system that could loop the state.....its amazing that 1/3 the state budget goes to people who dont pay a penny into the system...

Aw quit your whining.... In Virginia, I have to drive for 5 hours minimum to ride... You would think I was located in a giant black hole... Well there is the local golf course but that don't count.... seriously, you have it pretty good upstate... and PA is not too far away either. You may want to start a letter writing campaign to show legislators that the recreation dollars are going elsewhere because of their inaction.
