If you follow any of the dirt bike forums, there are often posts from somebody who avoided severe injury because of a brace. You don't hear about these to much in quad circles, but it looks like they have the potential to save you a broken neck!!!

And for those of you who won't even wear a helmet much less a neck brace...just remember that you need to walk toward the light.....
