I recently just purchased a 2007 Arctic Cat 500 ATV 4wd. I was told by the dealer, which I purchased the machine off of said that the valves should be adjusted after 10hrs of use. I am clueless on how to do this. My question at hand is where can I get a paperback manual? I checked with the dealer and they said I would have to buy a CD that has all of the Arctic Cat machines on it for right around $100.00. Is there a more cost efficient way that I can go? Possibly just buy a paperback for my specific model? Well any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have the 2006 manual on CD, $5.00 through paypal and I will send you a copy. (note: not selling to make profit, just to cover shipping costs, fuel, time, etc.) It will be 99.9% same thing as the 2007's 500 as nothing really changed. They don't make a paperback manual, but you can print off the pages you need from the CD. That is what I did and it worked great. Don't bother adjusting the valves, unless it is really noisey or poor performance. 90% of people never do it. Only thing to do is change your oil at 25 miles, then at 100 miles change it to synthetic. Then at 500 change with synthetic again and ever 500 miles thereafter. I also recommend draining the front and rear differentials and putting in synthetic gear oil (I like Amsoil).

Is it all possible that I could send you cash or money order through the mail. I do not have a Paypal account. Then when you get payment you can send the disk when you get the chance? Well thanks for your assistance.
