hey everyone i cant find the problem, the bike was running good it only had a few hours on new top end. then i heard a ping and it would just bog after that, i checked intake and exauhst port and dont see a broken ring, and i have lots of compression, hope i can find help.

You may try posting this link on the Honda site. You may have better luck getting a response there. Good luck with finding your problem. This site has helped me alot with problems from my quad in the past.
