if you read the thread it says a guy on a banshee and a guy on a dirtbike both went flying over a hill and ran into each other head on

this is why i am always kinda scared when i go over a steep hill at the dunes, you never know if theres a guy comin over the other side who aint watching where hes going

its sad to hear this best wishes to his family

I was there on the weekend this accident happened. Bike and ATV. The bike was dragging on the entrance on the lake and the quad came flying over one of the hills. The quad hit the front fork of the bike and bent it into an L. The helmets ended some 80 ft away from the scene. My son was close to the accident and we knew people at the beach that seen this happen. The man riding the bike was the one who died at the scene from blood loss. He had two appendages nearly severed. To my best understanding he was 35 with a new baby and a 2 year old, his wife was with him on the beach at the dunes.

it was in a "scramble" area by the beach.. the bike was (what i heard) blind jumpnig and hit the bike, the guy was on a forum i visit, and has a good friend of some people i know, he was on an lt250r and the bike that hit him got the forks RIPPED OFF of it, ed meadows( one hit) died shortly after
