I was just checking to see if the front sturts can be serviced mine act like the oil is gone its a 95 xplorer 400 i would like to put oil back in them if i can

No they are not servicable. About all can do is buy some aftermarket if you want to invest the $'s

there is some gas inserts for around $60 a piece

where would i need to look at to find the inserts $60 would be cheap compared to a new one

Cheapest route would be a set of Kimpex replacements you can get them off Ebay for around $150 a set.
