40 plus views, someone should at least say
"nope sorry man no tips"
Anyway, I bought a 90 last year, kid only rode once. Are you having any problems with it? I had to clean out the carb already.

Thanks for the response!! I have had only one problem with the 90, a small oil leak where the fill tube connects to the engine. Nothing a new o-ring couldn't fix. I found a billet exhaust tip on ebay for $45 bucks with shipping. It comes with a spark arrestor and the fancy tip which gets rid of the restrictive stock arrestor/tip combination. Go to ebay and do a search for, billet power tip for polaris outlaw 90, and it should show up. The seller is red_riders and their store is 2R Racing. Check it out. I should receive mine this week I hope. Ill let you know the outcome.

Thanks!!!

Cool, I seem to have a delayed start or something. It like doesnt want to start when I hit the start. The guy at the shop said it was a weak bat, but bull, I had that thing charged before taking it in. Seems like a lazy starter. Im getting used to messing with it, so im sure I will look up that tip once you get back on how its going, if you dont mind.

The tip is awesome!! Well worth the money. Well made and seems to have given a little more power.

Try hooking on some jumper cables from your vehicle and see what the starter does. If it still lags then you can rule out the battery. I imagine you have already checked all your connections. Could be a bad switch on the handlebar. Could not be making good contact inside.

BTW, I was out riding this last weekend and the polaris stalled out. Went dead, no electrical. Sucked big time. I was able to kick start it and would work fine. The lights on it did dim, so I have no idea what the problem is. The battery was charged overnight and still nothing. At least the kick start worked. Taking it to dealer this weekend, will let you know whats up.

Maybe the true performance tip is to sell the Polaris and buy a can-am

I had the same problem, went to the race track and the battery was dead and we lost the kick start lever on the way. We did jump start it off the truck but one thing that you need to remember is when you do that with that many amps and with a charger on high amps the battery will be toast. I put a new battery in after that and no more problems

Hey all,
I just got back from the shop with the quad. Apperantly the ground for the battery becomes loose and does not make any contact. The shop had a similiar problem with one other and diagnosed for hours before calling polaris. They went over it for hours untill they found that problem out. They run a new ground and the thing starts right up with no problems.
just fyi
