Hey there, you seem pretty knowledgable about sportsman engines, so I figured I would shoot this over to you. I have a 2000 sportsman 335, the motor seems to be blown, and I would like to swap it out for another motor. Would a 2005 sportsman 400 motor work? From what I have read, the mounts should be the same, so I am hoping that my clutch, stator, flywheel and carb will bolt right up to it, so I can just plug her in and go. Am I way off on this?
