Hi there sortsman70003, I have seen your vids on youtube and your name keeps poping up on here. It would seem you are the authority on moding a sportsman lol. I have a 2005 700 efi and pretty much want to turn it into a "BEAST' It's suffering a bit of rust issues atm, so I might take it back to a skeleton and have it galvinized then start from the ground up. therefore no mod job is totally out of the question. and would be great to have a plan for it before I put it back together so as I'm not backtracking to put another mod on. Your help or advice would be greatly apreciated.

    Sportsman70003,
Back in 2006 you responded to a post about a Sportsman 700 twin that could not go above 45mph and recommended tightening a "limiter nut on the primary clutch". I seem to have the same problem with my 700. Can you please elaborate where that "limiter nut" is on the primary? Pictures would help also!
    Many thanks,
    Johcha
