    Thanks Snow racer for the response on the rear differential fill plug removal. Is impact wrench the only way. Afraid it will bust the aluminum case, will it do you think? NOt sure can get impact wrench to the bolt. What do you think?

    double checked. you'll be fine, just buy some better bolts. the DG supplied bolts suck.

    maybe. you might have to buy a few extra bolt, Grade 8 bolts or whatever bolt that is stronger.

    below 142psi the rings need replaced

    any where from 142 psi to 228 psi

    on what? my frame? all my colors are offroad paint. durable and not cheap. I paid like $70 a quart for paint with my friends discount. and the clearcoat was like $80 not including my base coats and self etching primer for bare metal prep. i think i ended up somewhere in the $250 range of painting my 230.
