I need a new harness, one that does not break after the first ride. I have a 2004 sportsman 700 EFI Been a great bike but had fuel pump issue "replaced" and tmap sensor harness issues as well. How much?

I think my brother needs the TBAP harness. He has a '05 sportman 700 efi. His runs ok until it gets pretty hot and then it will lug and sputter when you give it gas. Its giving us a code 41. I just changed the plugs last week. It seems to run just fine until it gets good and hot, and actually it doesnt do it all the time, just sometimes. Anyways does this sound like the TBAP harness wiring problem to you? I assume you are OTBmotorsports and I got on your website but I would like to know about how long it will take to get a harness once we order it. We are close to Dallas. Any advice is appreciated.
