Thanks. I've tried cleaning it well, but still can't find anything.

Do you have any experience with some of that dye?

You'll have to clean the engine & frame rail with contact cleaner and try to find the leak ...

    Hey HondaMechanic,

If I recall correctly you also have Harley experience?

I've got an issue with a 1999 Roadking (first year twin cam). When parked it will drip a drop of oil or two from the right side frame tube, just below the cam case.

The problem is I can't find any trace of oil at any gasket surface anywhere ahead or above that area, and it's driving me nuts.

I had the HD oil cooler with the thermostat bypass on it since I bought it new. Everything looked dry, but it was the only thing ahead of the zip tie where the oil drips off, so I removed it and put the stock fittings back between the transmission housing and engine.

    Still drips.

    Any tips, suggestions or ideas?

    Thanks.

    Jeff.
