    Schmidt,
    Yes, that's it.
You can easily clean them with like small wire brush or fine steel wool.
Just remove the corrosion and stretch the spring a bit to increase tension.
Also, make sure you remember the choke cables routing - tricky.
    Good luck!

Hey Hayashi. I was just wandering around the internet for choke plungers for my brute 750 and found a schematic. I was just wondering if part number 16016-1117 is the choke plunger. Here is the web address.

Hey I saw a post where you said you got a wiring schematic for a 1988 kawasaki klf220. I am hoping you can help me out. I need to know where all the wires go by color. Thanks.

Go buy a service manual P/N 99924-1334-04 which costs about $75 from a Kawi dealer but that will be the best investment you would ever make on your BF 750. It has all the diagrams and pictures you want to know.

    Hi,

I am new to this site and was searching posts for a 05 brute force with a knocking noise and came across a post you answered and in it you had a parts breakdown. Was wondering where you got this and what type of service manual would you recomend? If you could head me in the right direction as I have a co workers engine on my bench and am looking for referance material before starting.
Thanks for your time and have a great day.
