Whats up Big Chris, the call me Big C, I use to be just like you into weight lifting. in my baby days I use to flat bench press 600lbs for 4 reps untill I tor my rotator cup, and elbows, but any giving day I can push 315 for 25reps I will never push 400, 500, and 600lbs ever again, I have to work so I can't afford to get hurt anymore. My twin brothers live in VA they stay in Norfolk VA. I stay in Beautifull So.Cal. But I wish I can go to VA, and ride with yo some day, hell you, and some friends should come to Cali to catch some dunes. Pismo Beach looks good right about know, but Glamis is much better. Hey how much do you weigh?
