Hey man, I'd suggest taking your problem to the big thread and asking some of the pros there. I have a link to it on my website on the valuable links page. I think I've heard of a couple of guys that had bad CDI boxes, but I don't remember quite well enough to know who it was. Before you drop big bucks on anything, I'd try swapping one of the CDIs out of one of you other 230s since you have such a nice collection! If you don't have any good CDIs, eBay has a bunch of them starting at just over $20. Here's the link:

hello atvman29 was wondering if you can help me out.i have no spark on my 230 all ohms test for stator test in range but cdi box fails specs of ohms test.and coil tested ok.i am new with the 230s heard you are the man.i was talking to a suzuki shop and they said cdi boxes dont fail wich does not make sense(everythingfails)so before i purchase 1 i would like your opinion since there spendy.thank you any help would be greatfull i just aquired 3 lt230s
