Hey, I'm definitely not a carb expert. I'd recommend hopping into the big 230S thread with everyone and start asking. I think the best plan is to try to find a dealer by you that will sell you a bunch of jets, and keep trying different ones until it runs good. Every machine is going to be a little different. If you can get it close, but you want it to be perfect, you should look into a Dial-a-Jet. They're pricey though at ~$75.

Hey I have a quick question for you. I have an 86 suzuki lt230. My dad had it bored out to somewhere around 250. It has the stock carb on it still with stock main jets 112.5. Also I am going to put a uni filter on it. What main jet should I use?
