As for CT, it is race season, and the start of wedding /graduation season. Many race shops are at events on the weekends and are backed up with work during the week this time of year.
The fella at CT racing told me I'd need a bigger pilot. Bigger than 17.5 and he was gonna send me a 22.5 with my main jets and clutch kit order.
Well there goes another week and still Nothing! from CT racing apart from an email weeks ago from a lady saying " I'll look into this",, nothing.
That's poor poor customer service.. I wasn't bombarding him with tons of silly questions. I am trying to spend money at his store. Obviously he makes to much money for a little guys petty $80 order to matter anymore.
Sickening !

Here's a silly question ..
Does the AF screw on the ltz50 control air or fuel?
I thought fuel,, but then I read that if the screw is on the air filter side it's an air screw thus opening more turns gives more air. Likewise, if it's on the engine side it's a fuel screw and opening it gives more fuel.
2 very very different things and a different fix for a screw that's out more than 2.5 turns. If the ltz has an air screw, than I'm running too rich on my pilot. If it's a fuel screw than I'm still to lean.
Any help would be appreciated

Well from everything I've read I'm convinced the LT-Z50 has an AIR screw. It is located near to the Airfilter on the airfilter side of the Slide and does not enter from the bottom.
I installed a larger pilot jet. A 17.5, up from the stock 12.5 thinking I was running lean. this only made the problems worse. I have the AIR screw out 2.5-3 turns for the machine to run half decent. I have 4 new mains 65,70,75,80 coming in the mail soon, so I'll really look the carb over well for air leaks around the intake, and I'm gonna put the new Unit Pod filter on and open the Exhaust more. the 17.5 pilot might be ok after this... Just couldnt do these changes till the main jets came in cause its way lean on the main circut now.

Look at a fiche. That should help.
There is a air screw and a idle screw. The idle screw is closer to the air filter than the air screw according to the pic on the fiche.

UPDATE !

Still nothing from CT Racing.. but I figured as much, so...

I found Jets available at Gnarly parts dot com. I bought a 65, 70, 75, and an 80 for about $20 shipped. I bought a Uni pod filter from Canadas Motorcycle for $18 and I removed 3 of the 6 roller weights from the clutch. I also removed muffler end cap. Bent pipe up to face out the end, Drilled two 1/2" holes in the baffle, Drilled out the end of the Spark arrester and then re-installed the end cap. I put the 75 main Jet in for now. Oh, and I also have the Dynateck CDI which I bought on ebay for $165

Impressions:
Its a whole new beast now. Way way more low end power. and with the CDI set to 9500rpm rev limiter it winds out really nice. It will do a burnout on gravel if I hold the front brake and pin it.. Before it would barely make one spin of the rear tire. I'm going to re-install the speed limiting washer in the clutch. I dont need all the new found speed. It would do 23-24km/h before the mods. Im sure Id get 50 km/h (30mph) now. he only needs the 24km/h, but was in desperate need of more low end grunt.https://scontent-b-lga.xx.fbcdn.net/...55102848_o.jpg

Wow, I can't believe CT has been that non responsive. Glad you are getting the machine up and running. I am on week 10 waiting for parts for my most recent project myself, and getting a little frustrated to boot.
